Residentials

Every year the Y5 and 6s attend a residential with pupils from two other small schools - Crosby Ravensworth, Bolton and Asby Endowed school. One year we enjoy an urban experience, normally York, and the other is an outdoor activity experience at Hawse End centre, Derwentwater.

 

 

The residentials aim to:

  • Develop independence
  • Give an opportunity to experience new and different experiences
  • To make new friends in preparation for secondary transition
  • Value the importance of teamwork.
